This practical course is designed for educators and support staff working in early childhood, outside school hours care or vacation programs. You鈥檒l gain the essential skills to respond to a range of first aid emergencies involving infants and children, including asthma and anaphylaxis, aligned with the latest guidelines from the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other national peak clinical bodies. Entry Requirements
To be successful in this course, students should possess a solid foundation in computer literacy and demonstrate motivation and organisational skills to complete training and assessments.
Students may be encouraged to undertake Foundation Skills accredited and non-accredited training to support their learning and success in the course.
Skills Recognition
To study any course at 糖心logo入口 (excluding non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Literacy Skills Information
We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course.
