You will develop the ability to plan, organise, implement, and monitor both your workload and that of others, displaying initiative and judgement. The course enhances your communication skills to support teams in meeting organisational goals.
This useful, practical qualification could be for you if have workplace experience (we recommend five years or more) and want to advance to the next stage in your career, including moving into a supervisory or management position, or consolidating your current leadership role with new skills, techniques and confidence.

Additional Information
Half of the subjects in this qualification are scheduled for face-to-face delivery in each semester, each year. All face-to-face classes are scheduled in the evenings – request a timetable for more details.

If you have extensive relevant work experience and/or other relevant qualifications, you may be able to seek recognition or fast-track through the learning requirements and complete your qualification in less time.
Entry Requirements
Although there are no entry requirements for this course it is an advantage if you have completed a Certificate III in Business or have relevant work experience.
Skills Recognition
To study any course at ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú (excluding non-accredited training) you must have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Literacy Skills Information
We suggest that you will need Australian Core Skills Framework literacy levels of at least 3 across reading, writing, learning, oral communication and, depending on your course of study, numeracy skills to successfully complete this course.
